Briq House’s mission is to increase quality of life in Philadelphia by renovating vacant or abandoned spaces. We believe that greater living conditions, brought about by real estate development, increases quality of life by growing the amount of beneficial interaction between neighbors, friends, and strangers. We believe that these interactions lead to idea-exchange, relationship formation, and partnerships; these fortuitous collisions make city-life fun and, more importantly, catalyze innovation and entrepreneurship, which in turn sustains our growing economy.
